Is Bolli suitable for all dog breeds?
Bolli is designed for small and medium-sized dogs. The included tennis balls are standard size and fit most dogs perfectly. For very small puppies or breeds, we recommend always playing under supervision.
What is the battery life?
Bolli has a rechargeable battery life that lasts for several play sessions on a single charge. Charging is easy with the included USB-C cable and takes a few hours to fully charge.
How quickly is Bolli delivered?
We ship your order on the same day (if you order before 2:00 PM on weekdays). Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days within Sweden. You will always receive a tracking number via email when your package is shipped.
What is included in the 30-day return policy?
If you are not satisfied with Bolli, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund — no questions asked. The product must be in its original condition. Please contact our customer service for return instructions.
Is Bolli safe for my dog?
